VMdirect, LLC began from a decade old vision of new technology that would allow people to create and share media easily over the Internet. The dream was to make everyone a video broadcaster which was once the domain of the elite. The dream grew into creating a social environment where people could easily and inexpensively share media with friends, family and business associates.

Mr. Richard Kall, a proven life-time winner, has an illustrious career in network marketing propelling several companies over the billion dollar mark in sales. Mr. Kall has written two books including The Book on Network Marketing.

In 2003 Mr. Richard Kall saw his first video email and was instantly engaged. Mr. Kall was so moved by the technology he bought controlling interest in the company. Under Mr. Kall’s guidance the company revised its strategy and has been executing his vision ever since.

In 2006 DigitalFX, International, VMDirect’s parent company merged with a publicly traded company. DigitalFX, a non operating holding company, currently trades on the over the counter market under the symbol DGFX. DGFX is a fully reporting publicly traded organization providing complete visibility into its operations that ensures confidence in its employees, customers and vendors.

Under the leadership of Mr. Kall, DigitalFX, International and its subsidiaries are uniquely positioned for explosive growth as they continue to innovate and grow by enhancing its current leading edge products and services.
